DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 4 items over a year ago, only ever received two. Over $50 I spent on the two that I didn't receive, completely ignored by customer service. I contacted their support, no response. I messaged their Facebook page, no response. I even commented on their posts, no response. The two items that I DID receive, did not fit properly. The cargo shorts had ONE pocket that was so shallow, I couldn't even fit my keys in there. DO NOT buy from this seller, they will take your money and run!

My partner purchased me two goodies for a Christmas present from spiral direct. Now I'm a medium size all day long, but I like my hoodies with a loose fit, knowing this, she got me xl size.
Firstly, they fitted, not a real xl size, but big enough. Having worn it, it was time to wash it, AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS. It's shrunk so much that it's unwearable.
So, next step, contact them. Utterly pointless, no communication back at all. They do not reply to any communication. Now these hoodies are not cheap, £35 quid a pop, and to find they are barely tile size that is described is bad enough, but to find that even following the washing instructions that they shrink to a tiny size is terrible. Add to that, they do not reply to ANY communication at all. This company should be banned from trading immediately. They take your money, sell you goods that are sub standard and refuse to communicate with buyers. Cmon trading standards, time you looked into this one asap

The company has gone from bad to worse…
The company has gone from bad to worse than ever before, made an order late November for a t-shirt that was in stock, got an email 2 days later to say it wasn't in stock & would I like an alternative or refund. I replied same day requesting full refund & never got it, emailed them a week later asking where my refund was & still no reply or refund. Had to get PayPal involved & the company ignored them too, eventually PayPal refunded me the money & bought t-shirt elsewhere.
But can see their quality 'heavy' cotton t-shirts aren't & in fact thinner than the last few t-shirts I have bought of theirs over the last 2 decades despite to price hikes. Wouldn't pay nearly £30 for a t-shirt that's lower quality than one that's 1/3 of the price in the supermarkets.
I've now requested the company to close my account as I won't be using them again.

Worst experience ever. Do not buy from SPIRAL UK. I ordered a bag on the 29th of November 2022, its the 12th today, no communication whatsoever. I have sent several emails, no response. I have sent messages via contact us on their website, still nothing. Absolute joke. @spiraluk, I need my money back, PLEASE
Placed an order on 19th November but…
Placed an order on 19th November but took them about a week to inform me that the item was out of stock so asked for a refund...several emails later and still not heard a thing from them!! I understand its a busy time of year but this is unacceptable..shame as I've always had great service until now

No goods, no refund and no communications
I placed an order with Spiral and no contact and no goods after 11 days. I then got an email saying the items were out of stock and did I want to amend the order or get a refund. I responded to the email and nothing, no coms. I have sent 2 messages through the website's contact us system, no response. Almost 6 weeks and no goods and no refund. Avoid like the plague

Absolutely shockingly crap service from start to finish …. Customer service is non existent, they NEVER call you back ,
They messed up my order twice , then withheld my refund from me !!!!

Not happy with Hummingbird feeder
I ordered Mary’s Hummingbird feeder. I am very displeased with the quality. The plastic stem broke within the first month. Unlike similar ones available online, this one doesn’t have an ant trap, so the feeder attracts more ants than hummingbirds. Also, there is nothing to keep rain water from going in and diluting the sugar water solution. I cannot recommend this product.

As a sole trader I made the mistake of dealing with this outfit. I ordered via the website. When I tried to pay it told me the payment had failed so I called them again the payment said failed. The lady on the phone sent me a link via email and I tried again but same message payment failed. I checked my bank and the payments had all been accepted. Do not use this company they will Rob you

Very displeased with the "quality"
I was pleased with the clothing items, though the material was not the best quality, because I caught a nice sale. I also purchased a beautiful parasol; well, that was last year and I was in awe with its beauty. Yesterday there was a myst in the air so I decided to take out my beauty. Well this expensive beauty came completely apart the minute I opened it. When I tried to close it, things got worse, it would not close and the mechanism had fallen apart! Beyond disappointed

Ordered few things almost month ago I got everything apart from one t-shirt. When I emailed them I get answer that they have to send me this in another parcel and I will get it shortly.Passed more than two weeks and another two emails that I hadn't any answer for and I still didn't get my t-shirt. Disappointed.

Avoid this company
I've ordered from here a few times this year. Usually they are a little slow but no biggie but then on one of my orders I had to wait a month for the item to ship but I was told it would take a while and it did eventually arrive. Well I'm now 3 weeks into another order and this time I've heard nothing from them except for a email I received to ask me to review the product I haven't received. They won't respond to my messages. I'm done. Avoid at all costs.

The badest experience this year... i ordered some goods, and after i did not even got an order confirmation i contacted them but they do not even answer.
I wrote some comments on social media after i contacted the law to get my money back and it was really stressfull and nearly no customer service.
i would recommend not to order from this company

Awful Masks. Stay Away!!!!
Brought a couple of mask which looked impressive on the website pictures but absolutely awful in real life, I could hardly make out what the design was meant to be, I could not be bothered to send them back so I am using them as expensive cleaning cloths.
Either they used a great photographer or the photos have been touched up in Photoshop. Warning their premium mask are worse than their basic ones although both are awful.

Company has taken a turn for the worse
I used to order from this company a while back and thought it would be fine but I ordered a mask and shirt there was an offer to get a free mask over a certain spend so effectively two masks and a shirt, they billed me correctly however I only received the masks. There was no communication despite trying to contact them, all in all money wasted and the masks look like they come from wish honestly. Don't bother not worth the time or money.
Update: A week later still not heard a peep from them.
